Order Processing TimeAll our orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days.
After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a tracking# with which you can follow your package.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery TimesShipping is FREE for all destinations within the USA. For International countries, there is a flat $9.97 shipping fee. We will ship with a tracking# from our closest warehouse where product is available.
Whether shipment from one of our off-shore warehouses or from a warehouse within the USA, it will affect the estimated # of days delivery:

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer if your order is placed during busier holiday periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving.
All efforts will be made to ship your purchased items within one package. However, we reserve the right to use partial shipments subject to items availability in stock from different warehouses.
Shipping Restrictions
Sadly, we are unable to ship your order to a PO BOX or to a MILITARY ADDRESS.
Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in TransitIf you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in transit, please contact us by email. We will contact the shipping company to investigate the issue.
If your package has indeed gone missing, we will send you a new one free of charge or send you a full refund.
If your package has arrived damaged, contact us and we will provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

If you want to return the item, it must be returned to us in the original packaging, unopened, and unused.
The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
